TERMS & CONDITONS
Whilst every possible care is taken to ensure that the goods are suitable for the purpose intended, Cleaver Firearms accepts no responsibility for damageor injury to property or persons resulting from sales or use of such goods.
All new goods sold shall be warranted by the manufactures/importers warranty where so specified, provided the manufacturer's instructions instructions are complied with in all aspects. Any freight costs will be at the expense of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed upon.
Second hand firearms shall be subject to three (3) months warranty from the date of taking delivery from Cleaver Firearms or it's agents.
Any freight and related costs for return of the goods to Cleaver Firearms shall be at the expense of the purchaser.
All warranties are considered void if the goods are not used in a proper manner or used for a purpose for which they were not designed or if repairs have been attampted by persons not authorised by Cleaver firearms to carry out such repairs.
ALL GOODS SOLD ON "LAY-BY" BASIS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. Minimum Deposit of 25% of the total purchase price shall be payable at the time of the original purchase.
2. All Fortnightly installments are to be approx 25% of the total value
3. The balance shall be payable by fortnightly installments over a term of eight (8) weeks,
4. Any purchases cancelled shall be liable to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase price whih will be deducted from any refund payable on cancellation of the purchase. Any refund due will only be valid for cancellations made within the specified lay-by period.
5. Administration charges $20 + GST = $22 (minimum)
6. Cancellations due to legal preclusion shall, on written official substantiation thereof, will be refunded in full.
Any items invoiced at discounted prices will revert to our standard list pricing if not paid for on or before the due date shown on this invoice.
Good partially or wholly paid for will be stored by us for a period of 16 weeks at no charge. Thereafter a storage fee of $20 per month per firearm and/pr $20 per month per order will apply. Unclaimed goods or goods not purchased in accordance with the above terms and conditions can be disposed of at Cleaver Holdings Discretion after the said 16 weeks to recover storage and administration costs.
Property in any goods supplied by Cleaver Firearms will not pass to the purchaser until such time as the goods have been paid for in full and all monies owed to Cleaver Firearms paid in full.
NO CREDITS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS WILL BE ISSUED WITH OUT PRODUCTION OF
ORIGINAL SALES VOUCHER OR TAX INVOICE.
Returned Goods must be in ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED, FACTORY PACKAGING.
Please Note: We are happy to process refunds, where applicable, if ALL of the above conditions are complied with.
Property in any Firearm sold does not pass to the PURCHASER until presentation and finalisation of a Valid Permit to Acquire, and all requirements of the Weapons Act 1990 have been satisfied.
